Booking and payment conditions

Your booking will become binding when you received the invoice specification.

Any cancellation insurance fees must also be paid at this point. Part payments must be paid within 14 days after receipt of the invoice.

Final payment of the remaining amount must be made at least 40 days before arrival. If you book less than 40 days before the arrival date, the entire amount must be paid within 14 days after receipt of the invoice.

Payment
Part payment in advance is 20% of the total amount. The booking fee and cancellation insurance must be added to this amount. If the total rent is under 1000 kronor, the entire amount must be paid within 14 days.

If you fail to make your payment in time or at all, your reservation will be cancelled without further notice.

If you cancel your booking without having paid cancellation insurance, we will not reimburse the paid amount.

If you cancel your booking with cancellation insurance, we will reimburse the entire amount paid excluding the booking fee, the cancellation insurance fee and a service charge. Cancellation insurance costs 200 SEK per accommodation and must be ordered when the booking is made.

This insurance will allow you to cancel the booking until one day before the arrival date. The reason for the cancellation must not be known at the time of booking.

Cancellation insurance is applicable by reason of death, illness or serious accident sustained by yourself, your spouse, your partner, your family, or a named fellow-traveller. It also applies in case you are being called up into the armed forces or civil defence; or in case of damage caused by water or fire, or some other damage, to your own residence.

In order for reimbursement to take place, the reason for the cancellation must be proven by a certificate from your doctor, a government or other official body, or insurance company.
